Tillandsia Xiphioides is native to countries such as Paraguay, Brazil and Bolivia, where it grows and develops on rocks, trees or bushes at latitudes ranging from 700 to 2700 metres above sea level.

Tillandsia Xiphioides is a specimen with pointed leaves of greyish tones (due to its trichomes that it uses to absorb humidity from the environment), which produces enormous white flowers at the end of its long flowering stem, with pleasant citrus aromas.

Its roots, a little longer than usual for Tillandsias, are very strong and 95% of them are used to anchor itself firmly to the rocks and trees where it normally grows.

It requires dry environments, with low humidity and a great sun exposure, except in the hottest months, being advisable in those months to put it in the shade, as well as to place it in places with good ventilation.

Support/bark not included.
