Tillandsia Aeranthos x Tenuifolia Amethyst is a hybrid that produces beautiful flowers in shades of pink and light violet.

Semi-rigid, slightly ribbed leaves covered with trichomes that give it a silvery tone.

It tends to change from green to burgundy, brown or grey due to the cold.

It produces a magnificent inflorescence of pink bracts from which sprout small purple flowers.

In warmer climates it likes to be properly hydrated, making sure to turn the plant over to remove stagnant water on the leaves to avoid possible rotting.
